Pharus Advisors acted as exclusive financial advisor to Two Way Media Limited in divesting its UK technology operations to Virgin Media Incorporated.

The transaction included Virgin Media purchasing a perpetual exclusive license for Two Way’s ARK technology, a leading interactive TV platform, to be used in the UK and Ireland. In addition, Two Way and Virgin entered into a long-term content partnership whereby Two Way will continue to have a preferential relationship with Virgin for participation TV, enhanced TV and gaming TV.
